Marco Gonzalez

Marco Gonzalez brings unique skills founded at Baylor College of Medicine and expanded in his 13 years of experience with healthcare clients at The Weston Group where he assisted dozens of organizations encompassing hundreds of physicians and many specialties. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.

Mr. Gonzalez’s extensive knowledge of healthcare practice management and long-term relationships with healthcare administrators gives him a unique perspective on practice operations. He has worked with both large and small organizations nationally and has the experience to determine needs, whether the subject is strategic planning or daily operations. His knowledge, professional attitude and his outstanding customer service make him a valuable asset to partner with clients for improvement in their organization.

Mr. Gonzalez has experience with a number of EMR systems in both integrated and stand alone capacities and with various Practice Management systems. His activities with these systems ranges from evaluation through maintenance, to support and improvement of existing but problematic installs.  Mr. Gonzalez was  often called in to try and “save“ the situation.  This experience ranges specialties including Orthopedics, Oncology, Otolaryngology, OB/Gyn, Surgical, Primary Practice and Cardiology.
